Mohamed Fiaz Khazi has since spent more than 15 years expanding the Euro Systems Group under his leadership, managing more than 600 employees.
Entrepreneur and pioneer Mohamed Fiaz Khazi is the founder and managing director of Euro Systems LLC. After his graduation, he arrived in UAE, where he joined a reputable company beginning his career within the manufacturing industry. Mohamed Fiaz rapidly rose to the role of General Manager before starting his own business. His work experience helped him develop a broad perspective and an understanding of different industries and markets.
In 2007 Euro Systems LLC was established. A small enterprising company had been formed, with a mere 10 employees Euro Systems set out to build its reputation as a robust and reputable establishment in the field of architectural solutions. Its mission was simple, to design, engineer and craft revolutionary architectural systems which could be customised to fit into any projects.
Today Euro systems LLC has become one of the leading companies in the GCC, specialising in minimal architectural glazing systems, minimal doors and windows, interior, exterior shading systems, and acoustic solutions. Having completed high profile esteemed projects for sectors across commercial, public spaces, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality and residential. With over 600 employees, its head office located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, three large manufacturing facilities located across UAE, Qatar and KSA catering to its architectural glazing and interior divisions. and having two bespoke showrooms located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Doha Qatar.

With the power of creating a multi-location social strategy that scales across continents, and has a focus on sustainability, strategic direction, and future growth.
What are the main challenges and opportunities you face as a leader?
As a leader my focus is to deliver the right product at the right time to our audience. This includes the generation of an idea for the product, its whole design cycle, development, and launch on the market. As a bespoke supplier of architectural systems, maintaining the highest standard of quality is imperative, however when you are designing systems at this level, at times many compare our products to that of the basic products available in the market at fraction of the cost. You cannot simply comprehend the level of service, deliverance and quality that our products bring to the project.
Retaining skilled force can be a challenge. Skilled, talented and dedicated employees are the backbone of a successful business. Great things are accomplished by groups of people all moving in the same direction. I feel we should adopt a growth mindset and actively seek out opportunities for disruption and expand decision-making and goal setting to more people in your organisation.
What are the latest innovations in outdoor shading, interior shading, and acoustic solutions that Euro Systems is currently working on?
Euro Systems® supply a range of interior shadings such as motorised blinds, motorised curtains and drapery systems, Solange specialty skylight shading systems and not forgetting our bespoke Pergolas, and Awning ranges that compliment your exterior landscape, these solutions can be customised for residential villas, commercial businesses, public spaces, healthcare, retail and hospitality sectors globally. Our Acoustic solutions are amongst the most innovative products known in the market, Europhon Acoustics offers bespoke and tailored acoustic solutions incorporating the latest innovations from seamless acoustic plaster ceiling, acoustic baffle ceiling, fabric wall panels, and moveable wall partitions.
How do you keep the company stay ahead of market trends and ensure product customization to meet customer needs?
Euro Systems® understands the need to be flexible and adaptable in their strategies. Research and development are vital, understanding what our customer requirements are, and tailoring our automated systems according to their requirements. In terms of product customization, understanding the needs of our customers, how important is our product in their lifestyle, customising and adapting to suit their surroundings, is essential to ensure complete satisfaction for our services.
With sustainability being a critical concern, how does Euro Systems incorporate eco-friendly practices in its operations and product designs?
Euro Systems®️ optimises its resource utilisation by embracing innovative design strategies. Through thoughtful design choices, such as reducing energy requirements, and promoting resource-efficient usage, products can achieve higher levels of efficiency throughout their lifecycle. For example, our Gracili Minimal Systems, a minimal sliding door & window system designed to give maximum panoramic view is Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) which indicates how much of the sun’s energy striking the window is transmitted through the window as heat. As the SHGC increases, the solar gain potential through a given window increase. Concurrently our engineers also factor the U-Value, this indicates the rate of heat flow due to conduction, convection, and radiation through a window due to the result a temperature difference between the inside and outside. The higher the U-factor the more heat is transferred through the window. When advising on colour specifications to our clients, the colour of the glass has an impact on the performance of the glazing. Choosing a neutral appearance on high performance clear glass, offers architects flexibility to create unique designs without compromising on the overall product performance.
What have been some of the most significant challenges Euro Systems has faced, and how were they overcome?
As a company we are consistently focused on improvising and improving our digital network. In today’s digitized world, technology is evolving at lightning speed. Keeping up with these changes and integrating them across all our business verticals and geo locations can be daunting but is crucial. Also Staying ahead of our competitors and differentiating our products requires constant innovation and strategic business planning. Within the construction sector there are regulations and compliances. Navigating these legalities, staying updated with changes, and ensuring our business is always compliant can be taxing but is non-negotiable.
What do you see as the biggest trends in technology for the next 5 years, and how do you plan to prepare your organization for them?
Euro Systems ensures it is kept up to date with the latest technology which is shaping our industry. As a company heavily focused on design and estimation, our internal design teams are utilising the latest software available in the market to innovate on product development. We understand that incorporating essential AI-powered tools can automate quality assurance processes and identify potential issues early in development. This will allow our designers to understand what our clients value most in our product. This understanding allows for the refinement of product designs to enhance functionality, usability, and overall user satisfaction.
What do we expect from you and your team in the next few years?
Euro Systems® continues to expand its business and strengthen its foothold in Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with our clients and local channel partners is critical to our success in the GCC market. Euro Systems already has a presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is hoping to increase its thrust further in the next 5 years.
